The adjoined dining room and kitchen offer a total space on 30 m2 and has direct access to a sunny terrace on 55 m2. The dining room is equipped with pure wood furniture in French romantic style and a huge pinewood table with capacity up to 10-12 people. The rooms are perfect for smaller or larger families. The adjoining kitchen is installed with brand new 2016 Bosch and Electrolux equipment including ceramic cocking plates, induction oven allowing the perfect cooking, energy saving and at the same time top safe when it comes to children. Rostock is a nicely decorated and seized room on 18 m2 with all necessary furniture to keep your stay as comfortable as possible. The tapestry is modern German style with thin light and dark blue stripes and facing the garden with a nice view. With the room comes a nice spacy Italian style bathroom.

Is together with St. Petersburg the most exclusive room on the second floor. This is the only room with an inbuilt bar in pure wood, exclusive bar and comes with a big and very exclusive bathroom in light grayish marble looking tiles. The dark wood bar, dark wood ceiling beams, the pure oak flooring and the olive green striped tapestry and curtains gives this room a unique atmosphere and sensational feeling. The room is 22 m2 has two windows facing south and comes with an elegant bathroom on 6,5 m2 with windows facing the garden.
