First floor is about 200 m2 including a huge event hall perfectly suited for private celebrations or seminar activities and serving as an evening bar for Villa Neubad guests after 08:00 pm. The first floor has its own kitchen with dining table and modern cocking facilities. First floor offers 3 exclusive rooms “the Riga Suite with two adjoined rooms and the Tallinn room and has a max capacity of 12 people. The rooms on first floor are designed in typical manor house style.
First floor has direct access to Villa Neubad’s private back garden on 1000 m2 with a private terrace to enjoy your breakfast and evening drink and explore our greenhouse, barbecue facilities and chill out zones.
The Kitchen is hyper modern kitchen on 15 m2 offering all necessary facilities for smaller or larger scale cooking or simply to enjoy your breakfast peacefully. The kitchen is installed with brand new 2016 Siemens equipment including ceramic cocking plates, Siemens induction oven allowing the perfect cooking and at the same time top safe when it comes to children. Besides the kitchen is equipped with a huge Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer, and forget about manual dish washing while you are staying here; the huge brand new Electrolux can deal with larger groups as well as every day dish washing. The kitchen facilities include all modern tableware such as cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and kitchen machinery.
The kitchen also serves as a dining room and is equipped with pure oak furniture.

With first floor comes direct access to the garden as well. Villa Neubad has 1700m2 private garden and parking lot for our clients. The backyard garden is 1000 m2 turning east, north and west. The garden is accessible for all Villa Neubad clients. The backyard garden offers a furnished garden terrace in French style where guests can enjoy breakfast or an evening drink, barbecue facilities and numerous chill out zones. In the garden you will find different trees and flowers typical for this Northern hemisphere.
At first floor you also find a small laundry room with a brand new Electrolux laundry machine taking up to 8 kilos and free of use.
The Lounge and evening bar “Neubar” is a beautifully shaped 60 m2 hall with a beautiful wooden bar, cozy furniture and billiards for Villa Neubad clients only. The hall can also be used for events purposes for families and groups staying at Neudbad and for special celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, seminars etc. The hall has direct access to the backyard garden. The hall is adjoined with a modern kitchen offering all necessary facilities for smaller or larger scale cooking and activities. Max. capacity for the hall and the adjoining kitchen is approximately 30 people.
Riga Suite is the largest room available in Villa Neubad. The suite offers two large rooms joined by a private entrance hall and an adjoined beautiful large bathroom decorated in Italian style.
The main room is huge 45 m2, high ceilings, huge windows allowing ultimate natural lightning and perfect comfort for larger families. The adjoined room is 20 m2. The tapestry in both rooms are classic olive green and with golden ornaments in typical manor house style.
The main room has extra big king size 180-200 cm bed, a sofa which can be used as sleeping coach, a small table with two armchairs and a huge wardrobe. The adjoined room offers a nice Kings size 160-200 bed, a chair and dresser. Total space including entrance and bathroom is exessive 80 m2
Max capacity 6 people. It is possible to add an extra bed allowing 8 people to stay in the adjoined suite.
The Tallinn room is one of our largest rooms on 22 m2 and comes with a huge bathroom on 8 m2. Tallinn has the most beautiful decorated bathroom in Villa Neubad in pompous Italian style and the only room offering an exclusive Swizz bathtub. The Tallinn like the Riga Suite has huge windows and high ceilings and decorated with classic manor house style tapestry and offers high comfort.
